Fire is among the most serious dangers we face in the home. According to statistics, every year there are more than 100,000 fires in buildings. Around 600 people lose their lives. There is only one way to decrease these losses and that is by reliable and effective fire detection.

The products we install range from the basic smoke detector to fully automatic fire detecting systems. All of our fire alarm equipment is installed to BS5839 standards. We also install from the replacement emergency light to full systems which are installed to BS5266 standards.

Fire alarms systems are designed for protection to save life or property or both. With the aid of a fire risk assessment, we are able to design systems to suit the individual, meeting the requirements of BS5839 part 1 2002 for buildings other than dwellings and BS5839 part 6 2004 for dwellings and houses of multiple occupancy.

Firmguard are committed to providing our customers with the very best level of service and support, operating a 24-hour call out service for customers on contract.

Firmguard are able to offer a full maintenance package for systems installed. Which are no longer being serviced at reasonable rates. In order to obtain a fire certificate you must provide documentary evidence of fire system maintenance and testing.
